A boutique apartment complex located in the privileged area of Benahavis, Los Almendros, enjoying a natural environment surrounded by a multitude of golf courses. In a complex there are 2 communal swimming pools made with sand finish and aesthetic of natural beach. All the apartments have it private garage (for 2 or more cars) and a storage room.

The main idea of the project - enable the future owner to design their own apartment without limitation, from the selection of the desired materials from the existing large list, with prices on them, finishing with determining the number of rooms and planning a small pool, jacuzzi, gym, cinema, sauna, etc.

With the configurator, you can see various layouts of the apartments, views from the terraces, simulating the apartment and adding in it other additional options.

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms depends on the wishes of the future owner. Apartment can accommodate from 2 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms. You can also plan 2 multipurpose rooms which will be able to be assigned to several uses: gym, bar, SPA, social club, etc.
